Register With Password Plugin

The Register With Password plugin allows users to register themselves to a website while setting their own password. This is particularly useful on websites that contain a Members area or for ecommerce websites.

Adding a Register with Password Plugin

To add a new plugin to a page, select the "+" (General Plugins) icon in the left hand side menu.

Locate the Register with Password plugin and drag and drop it onto the page, into whichever content block you would like it.

Once you have done this, the Register with Password modal will pop up - which provides you with the modal to set the plugin up.

Setting up the plugin:

  • Show Heading - this checkbox defines whether or not the "Register" heading will show.
  • Redirect URL - use a URL here for a page that you want the user to be redirected to after filling out the registration form
  • Verify Email URL - use a URL here that contains a reset password plugin on
  • Email Template - select an email template that you want to be sent after a user has filled out their registration form, it can be any of the email templates already set up in the Email Template section.
  • Add Item - use the Add item button to add fields to the form. This helps you collect information about your users during their registration process. Learn more about how to use this form on our Contact page.
